Wie viel kostet es?

Genaue Angaben über die Preise findet ihr hier.

Die Kosten richten sich nach der Dauer des Schneideauftrages. Unser momentaner Preis liegt bei 1,20 € je Minute bzw. bei 1,00 € je Minute für Studenten. Dazu kommen noch die Materialkosten.

Welche Dateiformate nehmen wir an?

Bitte schickt Eure Dateien im PDF Format an laser@papierkiste.com. Andere Dokumententypen werden wir nicht annehmen. Schickt bitte Eure Dateien direkt mit der E-Mail mit. Links zu externen Downloadseiten (wetransfer zum Beispiel) werden wir nicht öffnen.

Des Weiteren färbt Eure Datei bitte richtig ein:
Schneiden in Schwarz (RGB 0/0/0) mit einer Strickstärke von 0,01 Pkt
Gravieren in Blau (RGB 0/0/255)

Bitte beachtet, dass wir falsche Formate bzw. falsche Einfärbungen wieder an Euch zurück schicken.

Entfernt bitte auch alle Wasserzeichen aus dem Dokument, da wir diese sonst mitschneiden bzw. es vorkommen kann, dass das Dokument, dann nicht in den Laser "passt".

Überprüft auch Eure Dateien auf doppelte Linie. Diese verlängern den Schneideprozess unnötigerweise.

Bitte beachtet auch, dass unser Laser nicht Randabfallend schneiden kann und wir deswegen einen Abstand von circa 3 mm zum Materialrand lassen müssen. Die effektive Laserfläche ist also 594 x 894 mm.

Flächen die dünner als 0,5 mm sind, können nicht geschnitten werden. Diese reisen oder verbrennen sehr schnell. Je Dicker die Pappe desto dicker auch die Mindestbreite.

Wie ist der Ablauf?

1. Schickt Eure Datei im o.g. Format an laser@papierkiste.com. Bitte gebt Euren Materialwunsch, so wie weitere Angaben in der E-Mail an. Des Weiteren müssen wir auch wissen ob ihr Student seid und ob ihr die Schneiderest ebenfalls benötigt.

2. Wir schreiben Euch einen Kostenvoranschlag für die Schneidekosten. Materialkosten könnt ihr unserem Webshop entnehmen.

3. Ihr bestätigt via E-Mail den Kostenvoranschlag. Ohne Bestätigung werden wir mit dem Schneideprozess nicht starten. Je nachdem wie schnell ihr euren Auftrag bestätigt desto eher kommt ihr auch dran. Bitte beachtet den Hinweis weiter unten zur Reihenfolge!

4. Nach Bestätigung schneiden wir Euren Auftrag so schnell wie möglich und geben Euch Bescheid wenn der Auftrag zur Abholung bereit steht.

5. Ihr holt Euren Auftrag ab. Bezahlung ist erst bei Abholung fällig.

Bitte beachtet, dass wir Euch keinen Zeitpunkt nennen können, wann Euer Auftrag fertig ist, da es sehr stark davon abhängt wie viele Aufträge vor Euch dran sind. In der Regel bekommen wir aber Aufträge in 24 bis 48 Stunden geschnitten. Dennoch können wir keine Garantien geben. Während Abgabezeiten kann es auch länger dauern.

Des Weiteren arbeiten wir Aufträge in der Reihenfolge ab wie wir die Kostenvoranschläge bestätigt bekommen. Das ist unabhängig davon, wann ihr uns euren Auftrag geschickt habt.
Wir verstehen, dass viele es eilig haben, aber wir können trotzdem keine Aussnahmen machen, da dies sonst den Zeitplan komplett durcheinander bringt. Vielen Dank für Euer Verständnis.

E-Mails ohne Inhalt (kein Text mit Angaben und nur die Datei) werden von uns nicht bearbeitet.

Bitte kommt erst vorbei wenn ihr eine E-Mail erhalten habt, dass Euer Auftrag fertig ist.

The costs are determined by the duration of the cutting order. Our current rate is €1.20 per minute, or €1.00 per minute for students. Additionally, there are material costs to consider.

Please send your files in PDF format to laser@papierkiste.com. We will not accept other document types. Attach your files directly to the email. We will not open links to external download sites (such as wetransfer, for example). A
Additionally, please color your file correctly:
Cutting in black (RGB 0/0/0) with a stroke thickness of 0.01 pt
Engraving in blue (RGB 0/0/255)

Please note that we will send back files with incorrect formats or colorations.
Remove all watermarks from the document, as otherwise, they may be cut, or the document may not fit into the laser. Also, check your files for duplicate lines, as they unnecessarily prolong the cutting process.

Keep in mind that our laser cannot cut to the edge, so we need to leave a distance of approximately 3 mm from the material edge.
The effective laser area is 594 x 894 mm.
Areas thinner than 0.5 mm cannot be cut as they tear or burn quickly. The thicker the cardboard, the greater the minimum width.

What is the procedure

1. Send your file in the aforementioned format to laser@papierkiste.com. Please include your material preference and any additional details in the email. Additionally, let us know if you are a student and whether you need the cut-offs as well.
2. We will provide you with a cost estimate for the cutting. Material costs can be found on our webshop.
   
3. Confirm the cost estimate via email. We will not start the cutting process without confirmation. The sooner you confirm your order, the sooner it will be processed. Please note the information below regarding order sequence!
   
4. Upon confirmation, we will cut your order as soon as possible and notify you when it is ready for pickup.
   
5. Pick up your order. Payment is due upon pickup.

Please note that we cannot provide a specific time for when your order will be ready, as it depends on the number of orders ahead of yours.
Typically, orders are cut within 24 to 48 hours. However, we cannot guarantee this timeframe.During peak times, it may take longer.
 Furthermore, we process orders in the order in which we receive the confirmations for the cost estimates. This is independent of when you submitted your order to us. We understand that many are in a hurry, but we cannot make exceptions, as it would disrupt the schedule. Thank you for your understanding.

Emails without content (no text with information, only the file) will not be processed. Please only come by after you have received an email notifying you that your order is ready.
